Our company is located in Tangzhen Industrial Park, Pudong, Shanghai, covering a land area of over 6,600 square meters, among which, 1,000 square meters are for membrane cloth workshop, 1,000 square meters for steel structure and 250 square meters for office building.

In the workshop for membrane processing, we have a set of 20Kw, 20-meter movable rail membrane cloth jointing machine, the most advanced machine of the industry at home. Besides, we have 4 sets of 2.5Kw, 4Kw, and 8Kw high-frequency jointing machine, a set of 4Kw rolling hot air jointing machine, and a number of sewing machine for industrial use, bringing our annual output to 200 thousand square meters.

　

The 20KW movable welding machine is mainly used to patch up oversized membrane cloth and super-length straight and arc lines. It is featured in high speed and auto control of temperature and pressure so as to ensure the smoothness, fineness and fastness of the patching. Other equipments including 8KW are mainly used for auxiliary work such as edge welding of small-sized cloth and shape correction, and are featured with agility and flexibility.
